Wasn't sure what to expect from this business with a smaller showroom than most of the other local big golf cart stores... but WOW, they really prove that smaller IS better. We custom ordered a new cart and Kathy walked us through step by step, recommending what would look best, and keeping us up to date during the delivery process. They also took care of getting it titled and delivered. A great experience from start to finish, will definitely go back if and when we need another cart or for service.read more

Since this is my first golf cart Kathy was amazing in showing me the differences in the carts and helping me select the model cart that would meet my family's needs. This place is awesome. Every person I spoke with was super nice and very knowledgeable. Normally when I call a golf... cart place or similar I am so rudely greeted I forget why I even called them. When Alexa and Kathy answered the phone there calming and patient voice helped me decide on what kind of golf cart would best fit my family and budget. They are so awesome they even do service work in my community! Not that I would need it anytime soon, but I am thankful to know I not only supported a local family owned company, but they support the community as well. Top notch in my book.read more

Recently we had an engine crack on a Cushman golf cart. EZ-go couldn't help us get an engine but Kathy did! She worked... hard everyday to find us an engine because she understands how important it is for us to have our carts. Every time we have ever had work done they would return it within a week or two. Highly recommend! Kathy & Dwayne (at the Tampa location) were awesome! Our first golf cart lasted 20+ years and since... we have had it serviced at WCGC in the past, it made sense to purchase a new one from here as well. Somehow we had it in our heads that we could get a better deal if we bought a used cart via on-line. NOT! Wishing we went directly to West Coast Golf Cars first (as so much time was wasted waiting for returning phone calls from owners and arranging times to check out reduce priced golf cars not cared for as we had hoped). West Coast Golf Car prices were very fair! They were even able to deliver it to us earlier than the scheduled date and Mario hauled away our old cart...BONUS! We love that we have a warranty and have the comfort of knowing that if we ever need it serviced, West Coast Golf Cars stands by their word. Do go directly to WCGC to get a new or used golf car...they treat you like family!read more

AT first I was apprehensive about going to a dealer I did not purchase my golf Car from. To my surprise they were a... better choice. The set of new batteries were installed quickly and instead of charging me for a whole new set of cables they only had to replace one and repaired another, saving me a lot of money.
